Cultural Safari 13Days

Day 1

Arrive at EBB Airport and proceed to Kampala. Experience an exciting evening with cultural entertainment from Ndere center in Kampala

Day 2

After breakfast have a tour around Kampala visiting the different cultural sites starting from Naggalabi Corronation Site, proceed to Katereke Prison ditch and end with Kasubi Tombs (a burial place for the Baganda Kings). Visit the craft centre in the evening. O/n in Kampala

Day 3

After an early morning breakfast, drive to the Tombs of Mukajanga, one of the royals to King Mwanga and among those who burnt the Uganda martyrs, and then drive back to Kampala at mid morning, visit St. Matia Mulumba Church and St. Balikudembe Market. End with the Uganda Martyrs Shrine. O/n in Kampala

Day 4

Drive to Jinja for the source of the Nile, then head to Bujagali falls and end with Sezibwa falls. O/n in Kampala

Day 5

After an early morning breakfast, set off for Fort portal region via Mubende. Lunch in Mubende and visit the Nakahima tree. There is a chance for a cultural entertainment from the Batooro traditional dancers. O/n in Fort portal town

Day 6

After breakfast go hill climbing around the crater lakes and visit the Stalactites and the Stalagmites. In the after noon, you will visit the kings Palace and the Karambi Tombs. O/n in Fort portal town.

Day 7

Travel to Bunyaruguru (area of crater lakes). You will have an evening entertainment from the Banyaruguru Traditional Dancers. O/n at Kingfisher lodge.

Day 8

The day will start with a visit to the Kyamuhogo Cave, and thereafter explore the crater lakes (the transparent Lake, Lake Africa and the Twin lakes in particular). O/n at Kingfisher Lodge

Day 9

Travel to Kisoro. Evening entertainment from the Orphans group

Day 10

Visit Rubuguri Cultural Centre and the Batwa Homestead. Have a whole day cultural entertainment from the Cultural centre. Return to Kisoro town in the evening for o/n.

Day 11

After breakfast take a walk to Nkanka Soda Water. Return to Kisoro in the afternoon and visit L. Mutanda, Nyakaliba and Nyatete Caves. O/n in Kisoro town

Day 12

Drive to Kampala. In the evening, club goers will visit one of the night clubs in town.

Day 13

Early morning shopping Nakasero Green Market and departure
